We operate an e-shop on the website www.Jumbolino-model.com.
To provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is mainly governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council from April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

**Processing Personal Data When Using the Contact Form**
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: Name, Surname, Postal Address, Email, Phone.
**Why?**
We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
**On what legal basis?**
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
**How long will we process personal data?**
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 1 year from our last communication.
**Processing Personal Data When Making a Purchase**
If you make a purchase, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, phone, email.
**Why?**
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you through contact details regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.
We will also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly to handle complaints, and other).
**On what legal basis do we process personal data?**
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – fulfillment of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
**How long will we process personal data?**
For the duration of our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
**Newsletters (Commercial Communications)**
If you are a purchasing customer and did not object at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
**On what legal basis?**
This is allowed by § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not object at the time of purchase.
**How long will we process personal data?**
For 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at info@sambalshop.cz.
**Who will have access to the data?**
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons who help us operate our e-shop may access the data. These are:

**Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data**
The GDPR grants you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about the personal data we process, request access to such data, have it updated or corrected, or request restricted processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, request its deletion in certain situations, and in some cases, have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take your claims to court.
